What is Latenode?

Try Latenode

Latenode is an automation platform where you describe what you want in chat, and Latenode builds an AI-powered workflow that carries out the task using your connected apps. After the agent completes the job, you can deploy it as a scheduled workflow that runs in the cloud. Latenode also supports no-code chatbot and agent building, including RAG-style knowledge features and AI assistants across automations.

What does Latenode do when I describe a task in chat?

You write the task in plain language, and the Latenode agent uses its integrations to do the work, read outputs, and adjust until the result is ready. When you like the outcome, you can turn it into a scheduled workflow that runs in Latenode’s cloud 24/7.

Do I need to write code or use API keys to connect my apps?

No. Latenode is designed to work through app connections, including managed authentication for supported apps, so you typically don’t need to handle API keys. You start by describing your workflow in chat, and you can edit and reuse the workflow without code.

How does Latenode handle OAuth and sign-ins for connected apps?

For apps that support managed authentication, the agent pauses when it needs access so you can choose or sign in once. Latenode then handles the OAuth flow and keeps things working with token refresh, so you don’t have to manage it yourself.

Can Latenode keep running even if a tool or step fails?

Yes. The agent can be self-correcting by reading errors and outputs, trying alternative routes or tools when something fails, and continuing toward completion. You can also follow the agent’s decisions as it proceeds.

How do I turn a one-time chat task into an always-on workflow?

Once the agent finishes in chat, you deploy it as a scheduled workflow. From there you can set a schedule or trigger (including webhook- and app/event-based triggers) and then review run history, pause, or stop it anytime.

Is it easy to use for no-code users, and what building options are available?

Latenode is usable without code: you describe the app workflow in chat, and it can be built live and reused. For more control, it also offers a visual drag-and-drop automation canvas and workflow templates to help you get started quickly.
