If we make revisions that change the way we collect, use, or share personal information, we will post those changes in this Privacy Policy. - Submission and listing information, such as company name, website URL(s), backlink URLs, tool/service descriptions, categories, keywords, social profiles, logos, screenshots, business addresses, and other information you provide when submitting, claiming, or managing a listing.
- Communications, such as communications that we exchange by email or otherwise, including when you contact us with questions or feedback.
- Authentication and dashboard information, such as the email address used for magic-link sign-in, session information, profile details, listing ownership records, dashboard role, listing edit requests, report actions, and account/billing preferences.
- Payment information, such as billing address, payment status, customer identifiers, checkout references, subscription identifiers, and invoice or order details. We use third-party payment providers such as Stripe to process payments on our behalf and do not store complete payment card numbers on our servers.
- Order/subscription information, such as records of your purchases, subscriptions, package selections, cancellation status, renewal dates, and billing history.
- Marketing preferences, such as your preferences for receiving marketing and promotional communications, and details about how you engage with our communications.
- Other information that you may provide that is not specifically listed here, which we will use as described in this Privacy Policy or as otherwise disclosed at the time of collection.
NoCodeTools uses passwordless, email-based sign-in for dashboard access. You may browse many public pages without signing in, but submissions, paid checkout follow-up, claims, listing management, and administrative workflows may require authentication.

We, our service providers, and tools we use may automatically log or collect information about you, your device, and your activity over time on our Platform and other sites and online services, such as:
- Device data, such as operating system type/version, manufacturer/model, browser type, screen resolution, IP address, unique identifiers, referring URLs, and general location (e.g., city/state).
- Online activity data, such as pages viewed, time spent, navigation paths, access times, search and filter activity, upvotes, report submissions, outbound link clicks, short-link activity, and related usage information.
- Server, security, and diagnostic data, such as request logs, authentication events, upload events, webhook events, error information, rate-limit signals, and automation job results.

Like many online services, the Platform may use cookies and similar technologies to facilitate automatic data collection, such as:

We do not currently run behavioral retargeting advertising (e.g., Facebook Pixel), but third-party services linked from our site may.

AI-Assisted Processing
We may use AI-assisted tools to help review submissions, evaluate images, categorize tools, refresh listing content, draft summaries, identify alternatives, or support other operational workflows. AI outputs may be reviewed, edited, accepted, or rejected by us.
Research and Development
We may use data to understand user trends, diagnose issues, and improve features. We may create aggregated or de-identified data from personal information and use it for lawful business purposes.

These may include Vercel, Supabase, Stripe, Resend, Google Analytics, Google Search Console, OpenAI, Short.io, Cloudflare, PhantomJSCloud, Logo.dev, and similar providers we use to operate the Platform.
Professional Advisors
Lawyers, auditors, insurers, and similar advisors where necessary.
Business Transactions
If we are involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale, personal information may be transferred as part of that transaction.
Law Enforcement, Government Authorities, and Others
If required by law or to protect rights, safety, and security.
Public listing content that you submit or authorize may be displayed publicly on the Website, included in search indexes and sitemaps, shared in previews or structured data, and promoted through directory pages, emails, or other NoCodeTools channels.
We do not sell your personal information.
We do not share your personal information with advertisers for targeted advertising.
4. Security of Personal Information
No method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is fully secure. While we use reasonable efforts to protect your personal information, we cannot guarantee absolute security.
We rely on service providers such as Supabase, Vercel, Stripe, Cloudflare, and Resend for key parts of authentication, hosting, storage, payment processing, infrastructure, and email delivery. We do not store complete payment card numbers on our servers.
5. Your Choices
Opt-out of Marketing Communications
You may opt out of marketing emails by using the unsubscribe link or by contacting hello@nocodetools.com. You may still receive non-marketing messages.
Cookies
Most browsers allow you to remove or reject cookies. If you disable cookies, parts of the Platform may not function properly.
Do Not Track
Some browsers send "Do Not Track" signals. We currently do not respond to them.
Declining to Provide Information
If you do not provide requested information, we may not be able to provide certain services (e.g., processing a paid submission).
Access, Correction, or Deletion Requests

Public listing content may remain visible if it is independently sourced, part of a public directory record, or needed to preserve the integrity of the directory.

NoCodeTools is operated from the United States. If you are outside the U.S., your information may be transferred to and processed in the United States. By using the Platform, you consent to this transfer where permitted by law.

Our Platform may contain links to websites or services operated by third parties. We are not responsible for third-party privacy practices. We encourage you to read their policies.
