What is Testim?

Try Testim

Testim is an AI-driven test automation platform for web, mobile, and Salesforce teams. It uses agentic AI to help you create tests from natural-language descriptions and uses AI/ML-powered locators that can self-heal as your applications change. You can then run and manage those tests across cloud grids and CI/CD workflows to keep releases reliable.

What does Testim help you automate in web, mobile, and Salesforce testing?

Testim helps you create and maintain end-to-end automated tests for web, mobile, and Salesforce. With AI across test authoring, execution, and test management, you can build tests faster and keep them working reliably as your application evolves.

How does agentic AI help you create tests without coding?

Testim’s agentic test automation can create tests based on natural-language descriptions, using custom agent workers to generate the test. For Salesforce, it also supports low-code, recorder-based authoring and pre-built, codeless steps for common Salesforce operations.

Will Testim tests stay stable when the UI changes?

Testim uses AI/ML locators to identify elements and self-heal as your app changes. The goal is to reduce test breakage and lower the time and cost of fixing tests.

What happens when a test fails—how does Testim help with troubleshooting?

When something breaks, Testim provides tools to speed up root-cause analysis, including error aggregation, suggestions, comparison screenshots, and log analysis.

Can I run Testim tests on my existing Selenium grid and in CI/CD?

Yes. For web testing, Testim supports running tests on Testim’s cloud or on any Selenium Grid, and it also supports parallel and cross-browser execution. The platform is delivered with an execution grid that can be used in cloud or VPN setups, and it can connect with third-party device grids for mobile.

Is there a free plan, and what security standards does Testim meet?

After your Testim trial, it reverts to a Community free plan (subject to change), with one Community plan per organization. Testim is SOC 2 Type II certified, covering non-financial reporting controls related to security, availability, and confidentiality of a cloud service.
